Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days (Mondayโ€“Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be longer during sales, promotions, or high-volume periods.

  • Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.

We ship nationwide across New Zealand.

Estimated delivery times:

  • North Island: 1โ€“3 business days

  • South Island: 2โ€“4 business days

  • Rural addresses: Add 1โ€“2 extra days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 4โ€“8 business days

  • Rest of World: 7โ€“15 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

While we aim for fast delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Customs processing (international orders)

Rev It Up is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Rev It Up is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
